About Rock im Park 2027
Rock im Park 2027 runs June 4 to 6 on the Zeppelinfeld in Nuremberg. It shares its bill and its weekend with Rock am Ring at the Nürburgring, but plays the days in a different order. blink-182 were named the first headliner during the 2026 festival, and the first big wave on September 15, 2026 added Die Toten Hosen and Bring Me The Horizon, one headliner a day.
The 26 acts are already split by day. Friday puts Die Toten Hosen with Turnstile and Faith No More, back in Germany for the first time in twelve years, over Bad Religion and Bullet For My Valentine. Saturday is the heavy day: Bring Me The Horizon, Parkway Drive and Evanescence over Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy and Lorna Shore. Sunday leans pop-punk, with blink-182, Falling In Reverse and Billy Talent at the top and The Prodigy billed as a very special guest. Stages and set times are not out, and the festival says more acts are coming.
Expect metalcore, metal, alt-rock and punk rock across 26 acts.

Sheffield shape-shifters who went from feral deathcore to arena-sized electronic metalcore, with one of heavy music's most elaborate stage shows.
San Diego County pop punk, three chords fast and a dick joke between songs, with Travis Barker's drumming doing far more than the format requires.
Mike Patton and the San Francisco band that mixed funk, metal, rap and lounge-singer theatrics into 'Epic' and 'Midlife Crisis', a template alternative metal borrowed from for years.
Hardcore's joyful crossover kings — dreamy interludes, stage dives, total communion, and a crowd that moves as one.
Amy Lee's piano-and-orchestra gothic metal, the sound of a whole 2000s radio format built around one voice — 'Bring Me to Life' still an event live.
Byron Bay metalcore institution of two decades, grown from hardcore roots into a pyro-heavy arena spectacle led by Winston McCall's roar.
Canadian punk rock built on Ian D'Sa's jagged guitar hooks and Ben Kowalewicz's high, wired yelp, with 'Red Flag' and 'Try Honesty' still the loudest singalongs.
Ronnie Radke's shape-shifting post-hardcore, swerving between metalcore breakdowns, rap verses and arena-sized choruses, sometimes inside a single song.
Firestarters, still — the UK's rave-punk institution hits harder than bands half their age, three decades of menace intact.
Forty-plus years of polysyllabic melodic punk — three-part harmonies over an unwavering political line, still the genre's reigning intellectuals.
Welsh metalcore from Bridgend, Matt Tuck's twin-guitar leads and soaring choruses unchanged in spirit since 'Tears Don't Fall' made them a 2000s fixture.
Michigan metalcore that swings between radio-size clean choruses and full-throated breakdowns, Grammy-nominated for 2019's Trauma.
Essex alt-rock built around Conor Mason's soaring falsetto, riff-heavy and made for big rooms.
Small-town Swedish metal that pairs melodic death metal heft with groove riffs and clean, cinematic choruses.
Berlin rap delivered from behind ski goggles, a novelty premise that turned into genuine chart dominance.
Sweden's Viking metal institution — melodic death metal with longship stage sets and choruses a whole field roars back.
Michael Amott's Swedish melodic death metal, harsh vocals over twin-guitar harmonies that are as tuneful as they are fast.
Swedish metalcore where Eddie Berg's violin plays alongside the breakdowns, as melancholy as it is heavy.
New Jersey deathcore act whose blackened, orchestral extremity broke out of the underground once Will Ramos took the mic — vocal contortion as spectacle.
Horror-movie theatrics welded to industrial-tinged metalcore — corpse paint, synths, and choruses built for an arena singalong, Halloween as a year-round genre.
Caleb Shomo's Ohio metalcore, gang-vocal hardcore punch wrapped around big melodic hooks about getting through the bad days.
Westphalian punk rock three decades deep, fronted by brothers Ingo and Guido Knollmann and sung in German since the band switched languages mid-career.
American artist who turned an uncanny, too-sweet internet persona into genuine metal credibility — bubblegum melody and blast beats sharing the same song.
Montreal pop-punk that took the genre fully mainstream and has never pretended otherwise — 'I'm Just a Kid' now two generations deep.
German rap crew that made a brand out of bad taste: deliberately crude rhymes, trash-culture humor and party choruses a whole field can shout.
