About Orbit Culture
Orbit Culture formed in Eksjö in 2013, led by vocalist and guitarist Niklas Karlsson, who also handles much of the band's production. Their songs move between a harsh death metal bark and broad, melodic sung hooks, set over down-tuned, chugging guitars with a heavy debt to groove metal.
The 2020 album Nija widened their audience well beyond Sweden, and the band later signed to Century Media, releasing Descent in 2023.
