About Electric Forest 2026
Electric Forest 2026 ran Thursday June 25 through Sunday June 28 at the Double JJ Resort in Rothbury, Michigan, across six stages: Ranch Arena, Sherwood Court, Tripolee, The Observatory, Honeycomb and Center Stage. The Tripolee and Observatory ran past three in the morning most nights, and Eli Brown and Claude VonStroke both closed the Tripolee at four.
The Ranch Arena carried the weekend's biggest sets: Excision late on Thursday, GRiZ after midnight on Friday, Chris Lake closing Saturday, and Kaskade and ILLENIUM on Sunday. The String Cheese Incident, the band most tied to this festival, played Saturday evening as The Shebongle Shebang with Shpongle, and Shpongle then played its own late set at Sherwood Court.
Three stages were handed over for a night each: Trippy Bee Records took The Observatory on Thursday, Bassrush ran the Tripolee on Saturday, and Honeycomb was the Pride stage the same day. Several acts played twice, among them GRiZ, who came back on Sunday for a daylight Chasing the Golden Hour set, and LSDREAM, who opened the Ranch Arena with LIGHTCODE before a late set at Sherwood Court.
