About Bombargo
Bombargo is fronted by singer Nathan Thoen with his brother Anthony Thoen on guitar, alongside guitarist Spencer Chilliak, bassist Sammy Lee Folkersen and drummer Niall Cubbon. The band traces its start to a 16-hour road trip Nathan and Spencer took together, after which they wrote their first song, "Let It Grow." That track has passed 8 million streams on Spotify and led into the debut EP Back on Main, followed by the first full-length album, We Are Bombargo.
The songs lean on group harmonies and groove-heavy playing built for crowds to sing back. The band bills its shows under the slogan "The Goodtime Guarantee," and the stunts have included hanging from the ceiling as well as surfing the audience.
