About Funk You
Funk You formed in Augusta, Georgia, around 2011 and later moved to Atlanta. The band plays a Southern-rooted mix of soul, rock and funk, with tight arrangements that leave space for extended jams.
The catalogue runs to four full-length albums and two EPs. The single "She's So High", a soul tune, has passed 1.6 million streams on Spotify. Live, the band often invites guest musicians up to sit in, so the lineup on stage can change from one night to the next.
