Ajeva
St. Petersburg funk-rock band since 2013, big melodic hooks over deep grooves, taking the songs somewhere different each night.

About Ajeva
Ajeva formed in St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2013. The lineup is Reed Skahill on vocals, Taylor Gilchrist on bass, Mike Nivens on guitar and Lyndon Thacker on keys.
The band plays funk-rock with a jam-band streak. Skahill's voice and long melodic lines sit on top of a bass-and-keys rhythm section built for groove, and the songs are left open enough live that no two performances of them come out quite the same.
