About Weird Baile
Weird Baile started in 2017 as a side project of producers VHOOR and JLZ and grew into a funk collective that also includes Mu540, DJ RaMeMes, DJ Kingdom and Bonekinha Iraquiana. Its tracks chop funk samples and acapellas over saturated bass, with a look drawn from internet and video-game culture.
The collective began on SoundCloud and completed its first European tour in 2026. The single "[MTG]-VUKA7RON (2099)" arrived that September ahead of a debut album on TraTraTrax.
