Mas Culina
Durham DJ whose mixes start in perreo and reggaeton and end somewhere dancier, with runway electronics and Latin rave cuts in between.
About Mas Culina
Más Culina is the DJ name of X Meza, who is based in Durham. The mixes lean on perreo and reggaeton and run into dancy electronic music and club edits: a PERREO MIX, a three-part El Prom series, and TRAGA ESPADA, a 28-minute set built as an arcade fantasy and released with its track list.
Meza is one third of The Arena, a party crew whose nights span Latin America and the Caribbean with cumbia and Caribbean dance floors, and has played Calor: Latin Rave, Recessioncore and GAG in Raleigh. They also design and sew stage looks, their own and other performers'.
