Craig Morgan was born Craig Morgan Greer in 1964 in Tennessee. He served in the US Army for more than a decade before moving into music, releasing his debut album in 2000 and finding his run of hits after moving to Broken Bow Records. Other singles include 'Almost Home', 'International Harvester' and 'Bonfire'. He was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2008.
He hosted the outdoor television series Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors. After the death of his son Jerry in 2016, he recorded 'The Father, My Son, and the Holy Ghost' about the loss. In 2023 he re-enlisted in the Army Reserve while keeping his music career going.
