About Country Thunder Arizona 2027
Country Thunder Arizona 2027 runs Thursday April 8 to Sunday April 11 at Canyon Moon Ranch in Florence, the desert ranch land southeast of Phoenix that has held the festival's flagship edition for three decades. The first 2027 name is out: Megan Moroney headlines Sunday April 11, announced on September 24. The rest of the bill has not been announced. Tickets and camping are already on sale, and Premier Camping has sold out.
The format has not moved in years and is unlikely to move now: four days, one main stage, a headliner a night, and a campground that most of the crowd treats as the actual event. Every campsite includes two general admission tickets, a full event wristband is what gets you into the campgrounds, and the ticket ladder climbs from lawn-style general admission through Copper Canyon and Golden Dune at the front of stage to reserved seats and the Platinum Experience skybox.
April 2026 is the guide to what 2027 will look like. The 30th running put Lainey Wilson, Brooks & Dunn, Zach Top and Gavin Adcock on the four headline nights, over a 20-act bill that mixed '90s veterans like Lonestar and Collin Raye with radio regulars and the young class. Expect roughly that scale again, and expect the reveal well before the gates: this is a festival that sells a campsite on the strength of the weekend itself and fills the bill in afterwards.

What camping is there at Country Thunder Arizona?
Most of the crowd camps. Standard sites are 19 by 40 foot primitive campsites with parking for one vehicle, Premier adds power, water and septic service, and Glamping is a furnished 20 by 20 foot tent with cooling and concierge service. Every campsite now includes two general admission tickets, and you need a full event wristband to enter the campgrounds at all.
Do kids need a ticket?
Children 10 and under get in free in general admission areas with a ticketed adult. Upgraded areas need their own ticket whatever the child's age.
How do I get to Florence?
Canyon Moon Ranch is southeast of Phoenix, and most people drive and camp. Stage Coach Shuttles runs a festival service from Mesa and Apache Junction, and Uber and Lyft both operate in Florence, though pre-booking is the safer bet on a festival night.
