Mile 0 Fest is a five-day red dirt and Americana takeover of Key West, and the 2027 edition, its tenth, runs Tuesday January 26 to Saturday January 30. The evenings belong to the Truman Waterfront Amphitheater; by day the music moves to stripped-down sets in Duval Street bars, resort beaches and piers, with something playing from 11am to 11pm across the island.
Cross Canadian Ragweed and Old Crow Medicine Show top the 2027 poster, with Ryan Bingham, Wyatt Flores and Kaitlin Butts billed alongside them. The rest reads like a map of the Texas and Oklahoma circuit: Wade Bowen, Stoney LaRue, William Clark Green, Kevin Fowler, Roger Creager and the Red Dirt Rangers, plus American Aquarium, 49 Winchester, Corb Lund and Silverada from further afield. The poster promises 50 plus artists across 10 plus venues, so expect more names than the 44 printed.
It sells as a vacation as much as a festival. Full experience packages bundle the passes with a hotel, bed and breakfast or rental and add perks like music sails and private theater shows; a daily schedule and single-day passes come later. The festival also raises money for the Red Dirt Relief Fund and Key West charities, with signed guitars auctioned every night.
Expect country, americana, red dirt and country-rock across 44 acts.
Star the acts you want now. When set times drop, your schedule is already built.

January 26 to 30, 2027, Tuesday through Saturday, in Key West, Florida.
Cross Canadian Ragweed and Old Crow Medicine Show top the bill, with Ryan Bingham, Wyatt Flores and Kaitlin Butts, then 39 more names on the poster and more promised.
The Truman Waterfront Amphitheater hosts the evening shows, with daytime sets at the Truman Lawn stages and at bars, beaches and piers around the island. There is almost no parking at the amphitheater, so walk, bike or take a cab.
Most people buy a package that bundles passes with lodging, and five-day package guests also get a Tuesday kickoff party at the amphitheater. Passes on their own are sold too, and single-day passes go on sale with the daily schedule.
