Allt
Swedish outfit formed in Örebro at the start of the 2020s, welding djent-adjacent rhythmic precision to metalcore's melodic instincts — technical without turning bloodless.
Allt formed in 2020 under the name Karmanline before the members adopted Allt, Swedish for "everything", to better reflect their approach to music. The band is from Örebro, Sweden.
Their music sits between metalcore and the strain of Swedish progressive metal associated with heavily drop-tuned, microtonal riffing, sometimes labelled thall: polyrhythmic guitar figures and stop-start grooves under clean, melodic choruses. The arrangements favour precision and space over sheer speed, with harsh and sung vocals traded across the same song.
The band released the EP Dark Waters in 2020, followed by an instrumental version months later, then The Seed of Self-Destruction in 2022, the record on which drummer Adam Björk joined the lineup. Century Media Records signed the band that same year.
Their debut album, From the New World, arrived in October 2024, built around singles including "Emanate", "The Orphan Breed", "Remnant" and "Aquila" and drawing on a dystopian theme inspired by Terminator 2. A deluxe edition followed in 2025 with unplugged and instrumental versions of the album's tracks.
Allt have toured supporting Animals as Leaders, Imminence, Aviana and Bleed From Within. By late 2025 they were recording a second album, Ataraxia, with the single "Snowblind" released ahead of its 2026 release.
