Ophelia-affiliated producer working the emotional, trance-leaning end of melodic bass — soaring vocals over drops with genuine lift.

Trivecta is the stage name of Samuel Harrison Dobkin, a producer and DJ from Tampa, Florida. He started out in 2014 with the melodic dubstep single "One Night Only", featuring Yohamna Solange, on Monstercat, before branching into other styles the following year with the trance track "Evaporate" and the house cut "Drift Away".

His music sits at the melodic end of bass music, drawing on trance for its long, building progressions and on dubstep and drum and bass for its low-end weight. Tracks typically pair guest vocalists with wide synth leads and drops built more around lift and melody than aggression.

He toured with Illenium, Seven Lions, Tritonal and Kill the Noise in 2017, the same year he remixed Illenium's "Fractures". Much of his catalogue since has appeared on Seven Lions' Ophelia Records, including "Island", a 2019 collaboration with Seven Lions, Wooli and Nevve that reached the Billboard Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart.

His 2020 EP Everyday leaned toward what listeners called "folk bass", pairing indie-folk textures with melodic bass production. He has continued to collaborate within the Ophelia roster, working with Seven Lions and Blanke on "Wild and Broken" and contributing to "Pantheon", a seven-artist collaboration marking the label's hundredth release. He also returned to Monstercat in 2021 with the progressive house track "Ghost in the Machine", and performs regularly as a DJ.
