Travis Scott

Travis Scott is the stage name of Jacques Webster, who grew up in the Houston area and first came to wider attention producing and rapping for Kanye West's GOOD Music and T.I.'s Grand Hustle. His albums Rodeo (2015), Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), Astroworld (2018) and Utopia (2023) produced hits including "Goosebumps", "Sicko Mode" with Drake and "Fein".

He produces much of his own material and runs the Cactus Jack label. His records stack distorted bass, warped synths and heavily processed vocals into dense, druggy soundscapes, and his concerts are known for mosh pits and stage-diving. In 2020 he staged a virtual concert inside the video game Fortnite.
