About Remedy Tree
Remedy Tree was founded in 2015 by Gabriel and Abigail Acevedo. Gabriel was born in Puerto Rico and raised in rural Florida, while Abigail comes from a deep grounding in old-time music, and the band's original songs draw on both backgrounds. Nathan Beaumont plays mandolin and Isaac Taylor plays banjo.
The group signed to Mountain Fever Records in 2024 and released the album Beyond What I Can See in 2025. They have played in Ireland and England as well as across the eastern United States, sharing bills with Peter Rowan, The Infamous Stringdusters, Sister Sadie, Ricky Skaggs and The Steeldrivers.
