About daine
daine is a singer and producer from Melbourne whose music pulls emo and pop-punk melodies through distorted, digitally saturated hyperpop production. Early releases gathered under the name dainecore set out the template: confessional, melancholy lyrics delivered over blown-out drums and glossy synths, with the vocals often pitched and processed hard.
