About Saves The Day
Saves the Day formed in Princeton, New Jersey, in the late 1990s and released its debut, Can't Slow Down, on Equal Vision before moving to Vagrant. Chris Conley has been the songwriter and the only constant member through many lineup changes.
After the two records that made the band's name, Saves the Day signed to a major label for In Reverie, a softer, more melodic album. Conley then wrote a trilogy, Sound the Alarm, Under the Boards and Daybreak, that worked through anger, guilt and recovery across three records. Later albums included a fan-funded self-titled release.
