Spanish DJ and producer who drags psytrance's acid-soaked momentum into hard techno rooms — high-BPM sets built on hypnotic, coiling arpeggios.

Indira Paganotto was born on 30 May 1992 in Las Palmas, in the Canary Islands, and grew up in Madrid. The daughter of a DJ, she began developing her own musical direction around the age of sixteen, coming up through trance and Goa culture before moving into techno.

Her sets and productions carry that background over directly: rolling acid lines, long modulating arpeggios and a percussive drive pitched well above conventional techno tempos.

Before launching her own label, she released music through established techno labels including KNTXT, Second State and Octopus Records, among them the EP Lions of God on KNTXT, run by Charlotte de Witte. Since 2022 she has produced under her own imprint, ARTCORE, the platform she uses for the psytrance-influenced strain of hard techno she is associated with.

In 2024 she released the EP Mantra with fellow producer Joseph Capriati, a collaboration read by some as a mark of approval from techno's established names. Paganotto has become one of the more recognisable figures working in the crossover between psytrance and techno.
