Alice Costelloe is a British musician best known as one half of Big Deal, the guitar duo she formed with Kacey Underwood. Their records moved from the sparse, two-guitars-and-two-voices arrangements of the early material toward fuller, louder production on later albums. Costelloe's subsequent solo work is leaner and more pop-oriented, with her voice further forward and less reliance on distorted guitar.
